A regional FMCG manufacturer was producing monthly P&L and KPI reports by hand — copying figures from their ERP into spreadsheets, formatting them, then distributing by email. It took three full working days every month, was error-prone, and by the time the exec team saw the numbers they were already stale. We built a Power BI executive reporting suite connected directly to their ERP via a live Azure data pipeline. Real-time P&L, PPV analysis, and demand forecast variance — all on a single dashboard, refreshing every 15 minutes.

After an acquisition, a national wholesale distributor was running two separate ERPs — SAP Business One for legacy operations and NetSuite for the acquired business. Stock counts didn't match, purchase orders had to be manually entered twice, and pricing discrepancies were causing invoicing errors weekly. We built a real-time bi-directional integration layer between both systems — syncing inventory, purchase orders, and pricing without either ERP needing to be replaced or re-implemented.

A Queensland food production facility was managing Ishida checkweigher compliance entirely on paper. Operators filled out log sheets by hand, and out-of-spec product wasn't caught in real time — by the time a supervisor reviewed the logs, non-compliant units had already moved down the line. After a near-miss on a HACCP pre-audit, they needed a solution fast. We built a real-time web monitoring platform integrating directly with their Ishida machines, giving operators live weight readings, instant alerts, and automated shift compliance reports — replacing every clipboard in the facility.
