The story
We didn't start a consultancy to sell hours.
We started one because we'd seen what good looks like, and we wanted to deliver it. The team behind OnSignal has spent years working inside enterprises: standing up Power BI platforms for food manufacturers, integrating ERPs through acquisitions, deploying industrial software onto live production lines.
That history shapes how we engage. When you brief us, we've already lived the problem you're describing. We know what a checkweigher reject pile actually looks like.
